Yesterday my roommates and I went to the nearest food market to prepare the food for our own. To be honest, cooking by ourselves is not our own free will at first. It’s the high live expenses that force us to do this. It is common to hear students studying abroad should do everything themselves but when it turns to us, everything seems not easy.
There are only few kinds of food in Korea, which is a big contrast against those in China. Vegetables are relatively cheap while meats are beyond our affording. Hardly can I remember how long I haven’t eaten meats. It is said even Korean people cannot eat meats whenever they like because of the high price. I took many pictures of those meats, fishes and fruits in the market that we cannot afford but strongly long for, which may, to some extent, console ourselves with false hopes.
After we bought vegetables, the next problem is how we can cook them. It may not be a problem for those who always do housework at home but for us it really is! Only cooking noodles is not hard and what about others? Maybe in the near future we can get the answer. ^^

还好还好,至少不是像日本连青菜都是一棵一棵卖的…
恩 日本物价之高。。。唉。。。
good luck!
